PEAK - Quality - Management

We understand Quality to be the highest possible satisfaction of our Customers regarding the services we provide. In order to monitor the level of this quaility PEAK-Service has implemeted a new generation of a "Loop Back Quality Managment System" called P-Q-M. It is based on expanded DIN EN ISO 9000:2000 rules, split into various levels including a direct online customer feedback system based upon an internet solution, allowing the customer to monitor PEAK“s quality in general as well as accessing their individual feed back criterias we offer to set up for them.

Customer surveys

  • We perfom general regular customer satisfaction surveys.
  • We offer individual surveys for our client customers.
  • We provide an internet based feedback system, enabling the Enduser to directly report their level of satisfaction.

Statistical Characteristic Parameter System

  • We publish our genral characteristic parameters on a monthly basis in the internet.
  • We offer our client customers an individual report on a monthly base reflecting their charactaristic parameters defined together.

E-Repair - Future and History Managment

We provide our client customers a password protected internet access to their service data containing:

  • Future schedules for planned repair and maintenance interventions
  • History of all interventions that PEAK-Service has performed on their behalf.
